Can I track my shipment?
Standard letter post does not include tracking. Choose registered mail (+2,35 €) for full shipment tracking and proof of delivery.
What happens if the sticker does not arrive?
In the rare event that your sticker does not arrive, we will make you a new one free of charge. With registered mail, this is documented and verifiable through shipment tracking.
Why not always parcel delivery?
Parcel delivery would increase the price of a 8,99 € sticker by about 4–6 € – that would be disproportionate. Besides, there is no need to send a small emissions sticker in a large parcel. Letter post is the ideal solution for light, small documents.
